Bio

Born and raised in Manchester, NH.  Both parents spending 40(+) years as hourly wage laborers in the textile factories of Manchester.  Dad was a weaver and machinist for looms, mom assembled sweaters for Pandora brands.

A rewarding career of 24.5 years in the US Army.  Traveled the world, deployment to Desert Storm, assignments throughout the US and Europe.

Became involved with IFAI, specifically with the USIFI Division in 2005.  Participated in the USIFI Division as an active member, then a member of the Board of Advisors, then as Chairman.

Co-founded the Berry Amendment Textile Coalition with the help of USIFI to protect and expand the provisions of the Berry Amendment.

Founded a consulting practice after 12 (+) years with a growing defense contractor that manufactured shelters for the defense industry for applications to command post systems, mobile field hospitals and deployable base camps.

I am helping companies navigate through the defense procurement system(s), analyzing federal budgets for trends and opportunities, and supporting strategic reviews for corporate structure, product development, and future directions in national security policy.  I have also participated in several acquisition transactions with private equity firms.

Currently serving on the Board of Directors for IFAI.

Big fan of all of Boston's sports teams, but especially the Red Sox!  I have adopted the Washington Nationals, since living here in DC, as another baseball favorite (World Series winners in 2019!  An epic playoff and a seven-game World Series for the ages).

Son is currently in Charleston, SC and daughter is in the Active Duty Army, serving as a Special Operations Aviator, Fort Lewis, WA (the Tacoma area).
